Win for Bancon Construction in national awards

Bancon Construction has secured national recognition at the Scottish Home Awards, winning the Social Housing Development of the Year (over 100 units) category for its Cloverhill development in Aberdeen.

The award highlights the scale and quality of the 536-home affordable housing scheme, which has been delivered to support local housing needs while creating a sustainable new community.

Cloverhill represents a significant development for Aberdeen, combining high-quality construction with a strong focus on community and long-term livability. The project forms part of Bancon Construction’s ongoing commitment to delivering large-scale, affordable housing developments across Scotland.

Winning at the Scottish Home Awards is a fantastic achievement and a testament to what our teams deliver. Bancon has been building homes and communities in Scotland for more than 50 years, and this recognition reflects the quality and commitment that runs throughout the business.”

With more than five decades of experience, Bancon Group has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, community-focused developments. The recognition of Cloverhill reinforces the company’s continued role in shaping sustainable communities and addressing housing demand across Scotland.
