Bancon Construction is delighted to be awarded this mixed use development forming offices for Nairn Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) and 12 Flats for The Highland Council, contributing to Nairn Centre Regeneration.
The project includes the construction of a new 3-storey flatted development with offices on the ground floor for the CAB to allow the organisation’s continued growth and much need accommodation for affordable rent on the 1st and 2nd floors with associated roads, footpaths, drainage and external services.
The flats are of timber frame construction with the ground floor traditional construction.
We look forward to commencing works towards the end of April 2021 and continuing our working relationship with The Highland Council.
