Project Awards

Bancon Construction is delighted to announce two new project awards:

Community Facility, Huntly

Works  will comprise extensive renovation including alterations, upgrading  &  refurbishment  of  a Category ‘B’ listed traditional building in the town centre of Huntly to provide community, cultural and heritage facilities for Huntly Development Trust. Transformation of the existing property at No. 30 will create town centre employment, leisure and learning opportunities, provide inspirational spaces for the whole community through sharing and development of skills and knowledge.

The project is one of 26 across Scotland which will share in £25 million of funding from the Scottish Government’s Regeneration Capital Grant Fund (RCGF) set up to tackle inequalities and deliver inclusive growth.

Existing Grade ‘B’ Listed Building to be transformed

Extension and Refurbishment, Dyce

The works comprise the extension, and refurbishment of a single storey building on Wellheads place to provide new offices and laboratories for NCIMB Ltd, a supplier of microbial cultures, providing a range of microbiology, biological material storage and analytical services to industrial and academic customers around the globe.
