Costa Coffee Aberdeen

The works involved the sub-division of an existing retail unit to form two smaller units for occupation by Costa Coffee.

Works included:
• Erection of steel sectioned frame internally
• New shop frontage
• New canopy complete with fixtures and fittings
• Existing service corridor extended to suit new configuration
• Integrated M&E Installations

Works were carried out within a busy retail environment and carried out during the festive period with an element of out of hours working being required to accommodate deliveries.

The service corridor being extended was shared with an adjacent occupier (Pets at Home) who required safe use of the corridor at all times for fire exit purposes.

Key Information

"Bancon have performed very well on site, communication regarding site issues and progress was excellent. Colin, Steve and Kirsten were a pleasure to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending Bancon for other projects in the future."
Declan Madden, Senior Surveyor, Jones Lang Laselle (Client's Project Administrator)
