Works comprise the construction of 40 new build residential properties on the former Ellon Academy site.
The development consists of:
- 18 no. 1-bed flats
- 6 no. 2-bed flats
- 12 no. 3-bed houses
- 4 no. 4-bed enhanced houses
All associated infrastructure including car parking space and an open “home zone” space for residents is also included within the works.
