This project was procured through the Scotland Excel New Build Residential Framework and will consist of the construction of 12 new build residential properties in a housing mix of:
- 4 no. 1-bed flats
- 4 no. 2-bed houses
- 3 no. 3-bed houses
- 1 no. 4-bed enhanced house
The development includes all site works, drainage and services.
Works commenced May 2021 and will take approximately 53 weeks to complete.
