Works comprised the construction of a new housing development which forms part of the Councils’ housing regeneration programme. The completed development comprised 2 no. three bedroom properties, 1 no. four bedroom property and 1 no. five bedroom property together with all associated services and external work. The development was specifically designed to meet families with additional needs.
