Seafield House, Aberdeen

The building is a busy Oil Industry administration area with a number of offices being utilised by a cross section of clients, situated in a prominent location of Aberdeen.  Multi storey offices, car parking and residential accommodation are located adjacent to the site and the building has an underground car parking area. 

The building remained occupied and operational throughout the construction works and comprised a new entrance to the existing building to provide a modern and inviting reception area together with refurbishment works including demolition, substructure, steel frame and curtain walling, replacement of 2 no. lifts, repairs to external building fabric, replacement of existing windows to all floor levels, full refurbishment of the existing third floor, complete with the renewal of all mechanical and electrical installations and finishes.
