Bancon Construction were delighted to support the Ellon Academy Careers Convention on 15th November 2022 in collaboration with Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) North East.
It is vitally important to educate and increase the appeal to young people about the wealth of exciting opportunities and career paths within our industry, in an effort to tackle the skills shortage.
Over 600 pupils and parents attended the evening and feedback from the school has been extremely positive.
An enjoyable eventing where we were well looked after by the Ellon Academy Prefects!
