The works comprise the construction of twenty four new homes constructed in timber frame with a polymer render, comprising twenty two 2-storey buildings and two single storey blocks, all semi-detached in a mix of houses and flats.
Works also included external services, roads, car parking and other associated works. The site is a brown field site on a previously cleared housing estate. The existing road layout and most existing services re utilised for the new houses.
Community Benefits
A site visit for the local nursery and primary school was held to raise awareness of the health & safety and environmental issues connected with a construction project.
