Bancon Construction is keen to support and inspire young people to take up a career in the construction industry. In conjunction with Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) Inverness and Central Highlands, on 23rd November 2022, we represented the industry during a careers day at Millburn Academy.
Throughout the day we welcomed pupils to help support and inspire their future career ambitions and inform them about the many exciting opportunities within the construction industry. Our interactive sessions focused on “structures” and the frame structure used while building a house, encouraging problem solving and creative thinking.
