Bancon Construction is delighted to announce the award of two new projects through the Scotland Excel New Build Residential Construction Framework. We are looking forward to working with Aberdeenshire Council on both projects that will see the delivery of 12 new build homes in Rothienorman and 40 new build homes in Ellon. The new homes are for varying needs including 1-bed flats, 2, 3 and 4 bed houses and an enhanced 4-bed house for addition needs included in the Rothienorman development. Works will include all associated site works, drainage and services.
Both projects will commence May 2021.
