A current project comprising the construction of one and two storey houses, and two storey flats (4 no. blocks) together with associated roads, parking, sewers, drains and SUDS basin and landscaping.
The houses are timber frame construction.
Eight of the flats are timber frame and twelve of the flats are blockwork ground floor with concrete first floor (to minimise sound transmission) with timber frame construction above.
All flats and houses have rendered block finish with fibre cement feature panels.
