Works comprise the construction of 12 no. properties with a housing mix of:
- 2 no. two bed apartments
- 6 no. two bed general needs homes
- 2 no. three bed general needs homes
- 2 no. four bed general needs homes
Six of the houses are for social rent, the remaining 6 for low-cost home ownership.
All associated services and external roadworks, hard and soft landscaping and fencing are also included within the works.
This is Phase 3 and the final phase of the overall development and the site is situated within a densely populated residential area with private properties sharing the boundaries with the site.
