Background
A platformed site sitting on the outskirts of Inverness and off the new section of dual carriageway at Barn Church Road. the area around the site is predominately greenfield with some housing to the north east of the site at Caulfield Road.
Scope of Works
Works comprise the construction of a new housing development with 52 no. properties including all associated roads, footpaths, drainage and external services
14 no. units are for Mid-Market Rent and will be delivered by the Highland Council for Highland Housing Alliance (Funder), these include:
- 1 block of 4 x 2 bed flats
- 8 no. x 2 bed villas
- 2 no. x 3 bed villas
Contractor design portions:
- roof trusses and supporting framework
- steelwork connections
- pre-cast concrete floors, staircases and landings
- air source heat pumps
